- don't think about the price, just if the product is really good, or the best... i will really appreciate opinions.

Like others and I stated before, grab some optimum gold standard (I use) or pro complex (I think this has casein, not sure). It's very cheap compared to the others, its made from whey isolate, and tastes good mixed with water. Then pre-workout take some BCAA's and some creatine (ester or mono) w/your shake. Then post-workout take 2 scoops of whey with your creatine.

Read about protein yourself. It's not very complicated. Look at trueprotein.com, nutraplanet.com, and bulknutrition.com. All have good prices. If money doesn't matter, then buy a whey isolate and a casein protein.

ON gold is a great protein to use, and i know that you said we should consider more than just price, but right now i am using the body fortress brand protein from wal-mart, it is cheap and it doesn't taste all that bad

Look this is just whey protein. There are literally hundreds of them on the market and in the end it's all whey. Some are better than others based on how filtered and pure they are. But it ain't that complicated. It is not a magic bullet that is going to make you go WOW. It's just protein. It's fast absorbing so that makes it good around a workout but other than that it's a good quality protein like all sorts of other good quality proteins. I've used many many different ones over the years and there is no way I could point to one and say it was that much different than another. That would be like buying a steak from one grocery store and saying it was more anobolic or something than the steak from the other grocery store.

Like Ross said, research whey protein. And not just the brands. Learn about what differentiates a concentrate from a micro filtered isolate or hydrolate or whatever. Which in the end just comes down to more protein and less other stuff like lactose. There are a few other little details in the protein based on the processing but I can assure you in the end it doesn't make a big difference except to the people trying to sell you their protein.

Body Fortress is a good product like Rob said. And it's cheap. There are very expensive ones and cheaper ones but they are not that different except for a bunch of pointless bells and whistles that some companies add...as was stated in the other nitro-tech thread, to make their product stand out.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

Both good.

I've also used Dymatize (various) and liked that fine.
