I know, yet another delay. But some how my empty caps have vanished on me. Not really sure where the hell they could have gone, but I'm going to use another solution.

This stuff smells slightly like a cocoa product, leading me to believe it wouldnt be bad mixed with chocolate whey shakes. I'm going to do 2g with my morning shake, and 2g with my post workout shake all week.

Day 1:

Mixing with the chocolate shake wasnt bad, I could taste the cordyceps, but it wasnt horrible at all. I had the shake with 1/2 cup of oats, and a table spoon of natty pnb for breakfast.

I plan on having 2g with my night time shake as well, so that will be 4g a day.

I havent felt anything from it as of yet, but i dont really expect to see any results/sides for atleast a week if not more.

Day 11:

So far I am seeing a slight increase in cardio endurance. My Kettlebell workouts have become less taxing as far as breathing goes, I dont end up sucking wind as quickly as before. I'm not sure if this is just from getting into better shape, or from the Cordyceps.

The odd thing is, right after I take it, I feel like my heart begins to beat faster, not like a harsh stim where your heart feels like its going to come out of your chest, more like a slight increase in beats. This didnt start until a few days ago, but its now noticeable.

The other thing I'm seeing now is a serious issue with my joints. I will say right off that I see no reason to attribute this to the cordyceps, I've had many joint issues in the past, and with how humid its been lately that could be the cause, or a million other freakin things. Hell even when my knees feel good they still hurt, just less.

I'm getting the feeling this is a supp that will be better suited to long term use, rather then say month long cycles of it. I'm going to keep plugging away and posting updates every so often.

I have discontinued the use of Cordyceps, I've been off it for about a week now. I can honestly say this stuff did very little for me overall. I saw a slight increase in endurance, and a slight improvement in cardio vascular recovery, but not enough to keep taking it.

Perhaps it was the bulk powder from nutraplanet that was the culprit, or maybe this stuff just isn't all its cracked up to be. I will eventually try another brand and compare, but for now if your looking for an endurance suppliment, I would use ALCAR.
