don't waste your money on creatine, it only works for about 30% of the people who use it because most people don't have the right precursers in their body to make it fully useful I think it was
N-acetyle cystine. and if your young it's even more of a waste.
I prefer nos or other arginine product and glutimine. you need nutriend delivery and waste expulsion for the muscles. work smarter, work harder and eat more....

I disagree. Creatine (mono) has a very postive effect on gaining strength (about 10%) on almost everyone.
