I wrestled quite a lot in my day, so to speak. I fully recommend using creatine Monohydrate. Not keen on the new types of creatine as Monohydrate works to perfection.

I have tried creatine a few times, currently taking GNC's amplified creatine 189. It's creatine hydrochloride instead of monohydrate, only been a few weeks so I'm not really sure if it works at all yet. I was taking their Amplified Creatine XXX which is a monohydrate and quickly saw noticeable increase in size, quite a bit actually, but seemed to lose some definition and only moderate increases in strength. But as soon as I stopped taking it I did lose all the size and strength, except for what I had actually gained thru weight training. It was very discouraging.

get on it bud! One of the best staples you can have in your supplement stack. Stick with basic mono, there's a lot of research and evidence to back its benefits, many which ppl have already mentioned above.
Try not to get wrapped up in newer types, stick to the basics. it's an effective way to boost strength, increase recovery, and help support growth in lean mass! Also should help with your endurance for training!
