Any brand of creatine mono is good. Look for the creapure logo on the side of the container to make sure it's quality. Optimum Nutrition, Prolab, ect are good brands. You really don't need any special blends or anything like that.

ON the subject of Creatin, I've been told I should ask my doctor, but I guess I'll give it a go here.

I'm 15, 5'8''ish, and160 lbs ish. Not done growing yet, would Creatin effect my growth if I take it? Is it ok to take it at 15?

You'll be fine, there aren't any known side effects. However, since you're young and new to bodybuilding, you'll grow just as much without the creatine. Just eat your protein and workout hard. The first few years of weightlifting usually yields the biggest results.

I have been taking creatine for I can' remember how long. And other than the 3rd eye that grew in my head I haven't noticed any side effects. primoforce is a good buy. You can get it at BN.
