Default Creatine

I am sure this has been asked a million times but which Creatine would you recommend? I bought Cell Tech and yikes it's expensive. I read somewhere there are a few other options that are less expensive.

What the best creatine is for the best price.

Thanks.

Muscle tech has some overpriced shit. Go to www.bulknutrition.com and pick up some monohydrate or CEE

Hi. I have been looking at other threads trying to decide on a creatine that is lighter on the wallet than the Cell-Tech I have now.

I see abbreviations for things and well, I'm pretty dumb in this (newb). Can you recommend a creatine and who makes it so I can look it up please? I went to the bulknutrition and like the sight and the prices.

Also I noticed a lot of posts suggesting fish oil, and is it flax? I have a bottle of Hi-Health's mens multi-vitamin, will this do as a daily or is there one better? One that has everything in one happy little pill?

Right now I am taking:
Cell Tech Hardcore
ON Protien
Hot-Rox
Hi-Health Daily multi vitamin.

Thanks again for all your help!!!! And your patience!!!!!

Not too sure bout the hi-health multi, but GNC megamen is a good one.

CEE (creatine ethyl ester) is an advanced form of creatine. It doesnt need a loading phase or a glucose transport. Its barely more expensive than regular creatine monohydrate. Just get some CEE in bulk such as this one: http://www.bulknutrition.com/?products_id=2237

Fish oil and flax are both essential fatty acids (EFA's). Flax is alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). Fish Oil contains eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). ALA turns into EPA and DHA in the body, so essentially, they are the same thing.

Also, excellent choice in protein as well. High quality and low price! The only better would be some whey isolate, but thats much more expenisve. And you'll never get bored of it either as it comes in so many flavors. And unless you blend your protein w/ other items all the time, dont get vanilla as it tastes bad by itself, at least to me.

Thanks a lot! $20.00 for CEE is a hell of a lot better than what I paid for Cell-Tech. YIKES!

As for the protein I like the ON. I just mix it with a little water. I agree, Vanilla is not very tasty.

Thanks for the vitamin tip as well. I'll look into it.

I just did a search for your multi and didnt find it, so im not sure whats in it. But there is loads of stuff in the Mega Men Sports by GNC including Green tea, arginine, carnitine, glutamine, taurine, BCAA's, and ALA...not that there is really enough quantity of each of the fore mentioned, but im sure its better than none if you dont supplement with each.

And I'm not sure if you got it covered or not, but having the proper diet is going to show more gains than any supplement ever could.

And by taking creatine, im assuming your trying to bulk? If so, your wasting your money on the hot-rox unless you are using it as a pre-workout energy booster, which in that case its overpriced as you'd most likely feel the same effect w/ plain caffeine pills.

Thanks! The multi from Hi-Health is called Ultra Plan Ultimate-plus. Looks like it has a ton of stuff, but I am still going to look into the mega men from GNC.

As for the diet my schedule will look "something" like this:
Schedule:
5:00am- wake, eat something (need help here)
6:00am- at the gym
7:00am return home- down protein shake, creatine drink Muscle Tech- Cell Tech till it runs out then CEE)
7:45'ish- breakfast- oatmeal, eggs, chicken breast, etc.
10:00am'ish- snack- beef jerky, protein shake or something on those lines.
12:00pm- lunch- either tuna, chicken, turkey sandwich, etc
3:00'ish- snack- beef jerky, protein shake or something on those lines.
6:00pm'ish- Dinner- here is where I falter- I am the cook and have wife/2 kids. So sometimes it's pasta, it's pork chops, steak, chicken, etc. This is the only meal of the day that I might have to cheat on, but I am intending on doing smaller portions if this is the case.
9:00pm- cottage cheese, and maybe a piece or two of beef jerky or turkey.

The Hot-Rox, I have taken it before and was blown away how my body reacted! Lost A LOT! I "was" planning on taking it after I drank my protein and creatine when I got home from the gym, then eat about 45min-1hr after. Kind of keep the energy going maybe.

Since your first meal is you pre-workout you definately need some protein and carbs. For the carbs, take some of your cell-tech as i know its loaded w/ carbs/sugar. Mix some protein in w/ that, 1 scoop of about 20g should do along w/ 30g carbs. For your pwo, make sure your getting at least 30g protein and 50-80g of hi GI carbs. Dextrose/Maltodextrin work best, but if you cant afford the supplement (like me), take a look at this list for some hi GI foods:http://www.bodybuilding.net/nutritio...ndex-1339.html
For the dinner, just make sure it falls inline w/ the rest of the days plan (cals, macros, etc) and try to make it either just protein and fats or protein and carbs (the carbs and fats are supposed to be separated).

Do you know your calories and macro intake?

Do you use the original hot-rox or the extreme one? You should try experimenting with it to see what works best. Maybe a few doses split up throughout the day, maybe half before workout and half after, or just all before hand w/ the first meal. Just make sure the results are worth the money.

Scorcher, do you mean you can't afford malto and dex? That stuff is cheap as dirt as long as you don't get it in the context of a designer supplement. What brands did you look at?

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
