Well, I think the best options are your typical "stretch, massage, solid nutrition, stay active (blood moving)" canned response. Or, you know, they could quit being total twits in the weight room doing 42 sets of curls

But good call on the Muscle Tech, that stuff will make you HUGE


... but it shrinks your wallet :(

Haha. I just can't get over why people WANT to buy the stuff. I explained creatine to one guy last week. I explained everything I knew about it and tried to get him to buy GNC's version of CellTech (It's Creadrive; it has half the sugar and is $15 for 40 servings) and the dude would not do it...he WANTED Dat Der CellTech. So I talked him into buying SizeOn by Gaspari instead since I got paid more for it. He was tickled pink and I was happy that I got paid (but still really pissed for talking with the dumb ass in the first place for 20 minutes).
