HELPP = STACK [GAKIC, LEUKIC,CREAKIC] for WOMEN
Hey all-- im new. I was looking for some help- Ive been lifting for years- I don't lift hardcore for mass-- I like to be thin but tone and hard.
I need opinions on Stack or something similar! A few areas if anyone could help!! :
1) - Is this good for a girl to take to get hard but NOT big??
2) - Should I take it even before cardio as well- or just lifting?
3) - Does anyone know of any effects like palpitations etc etc..
Thanks so much!

Laur, I don't think any of this will make you big or hard by itself. What I would advize, however is:
1. Instead of Gakic get some Citrulline Malate
2. Intstead of Leukic get some BCAA's
3. Insteaed of Creakic get some CEE (creatine ethyl esther)
These are all available in bulk powder form and are much more cost effective and all of them will have the desired effect. They won't make you big OR hard by themselves. And yes you can take them before cardio.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

I will second eric's statements.
And as elementary as this sounds, nothing you take will help in the least if your diet is not on point.
I would also advise staying away from muscle tech products for the most part. Much of what they sell is overpriced, and can be found in bulk powder form, or from another company for cheaper.

Actually, I previously responded in another earlier thread regarding these supplements: Are muscle tech sups worth it?

WHICH, WHEN, HOW MUCH~Supplements for a GIRL~ need help!
Thanks for the info
.. I have NO knowledge of supplements~OR the best way to use them.
I know guys who take NO, Cellmass, creatine powder etc.. but im not a guy- lol- and im not big so i need help.
Im not saying strictly MuscleTech.. just supplements in general-
WHICH would work for me, WHEN, HOW MUCH etc
I posted my stats below-- [I have another post in the training forum]
I do eat clean- I dont' know if my lifting is on point-
People are telling me Im too thin- so I want to build more muscle and I would want to use supps- I just dont know how, when or how much.
I also wanted to know if anyone had ANY effects or problems with heart palpitations etc while taking them.
My heartrate is very low bc i work out alot. . [thats what they tell me]-
its at 44- so its more sensitive than most.
I even get a speedy heart from Musclemilk - but that doesnt seem to make sense.
Cardio: -
anywhere from 4 to 6 times a week, usually 45 min to
an 1hr +.
Running / Circuits of sprints, pushups, kickboxing, jumprope, / elliptical etc.
Lifting: -
Free weights-- lately been doing lighter-- 6 - 8 lbs- sometimes 10.
Usually 3 to 4 sets of about 12 to 15 reps~ again, anywhere from 30 min to an hour or so.
Like I said I dont focus on one part- chestpresses, overhead, squats, lunges, kickbacks, bent over rows, sideraises, curls, dips etc.
I pick a combo of exercises and try to change them from workout to workout.
Diet:
I can admittedly say I dont eat enough- also what other people tell me.
I usually eat very plain- and simple. .
I am not a food lover at all-
Some type of protein- either a powder or eggwhites, grilled chicken, turkey etc-- alot of salad [dry] - vegetables.
I DONT eat oil/butter, pasta, rice, potatoes, cereal, basically most carbs really.. . I dont eat alot of things actually.
I dont eat high glycemic food, vegetables, etc or anything with sugar, or sweets etc.
I do know alot about nutrition and everything, im just very stubborn [and yes its dumb] but my portions are very small and im kind of set in my ways. lol- ok- thats about it-- thanks for the help!

I can see from your other post that your diet and lifting are all WAY OFF. NO supplement will do anything for you until you get those things right. SUPPLEMENTS are only meant to be in addition to or to augment a diet that is already on point.

Laur, I'll respond in your other post. I'll be as specific as I can, but I'm not exactly sure of what you're goals are...
