How much are you taking? And how are you taking it? Are you saying the loading part gives you problems or it gives you problems at normal doses? Are you taking in enouth water? You need lots.

I only get the problem during loading days I load for 5 days taking 2 servings (which the instruction says) for the first 2 days I get the problem specially if I take it with an empty stomach. But on normal doses(after loading) I don't seem have the problem. And yes I drink lots of water. Any suggestions to how I take them??

Yeah. My suggestion is to ignore the instructions and skip the loading phase. I know know how much exactly you are talking about but since you said 2 servings I'm assuming it's somewhere around 10 to 20 grams at once.

All you really need is 3 to 5 grams pre and post. People take varying amounts but bascially cut down the dose to a at least 5 grams at a time and see how you do with that. It will undoubtedly be better. If you are already taking around that amount and you have problems then you could certainly be intolerant of it. If you are taking much more and the problems get better with the smaller amounts keep in mind that there is a period of adjustment involved with things like this. Your body may get used to it. I'm only saying if the discomfort is minor. Having diarrhea is of course not something you should continue with.

Bascally you do NOT need to load it. The only difference is that is will take a little bit longer to reach full saturation in the muscles. But that's much better than getting sick off it. Ass I've found time and time again, most people's bad opinion of CM comes from the "loading" crapola.

yeah I'm taking 20 grams pre and post. I'm gonna try to take 5 grams and see how it goes. Thanks for the advice!

Oh, yeah, dude. No wonder it made you sick. That's an absolutely huge amount. Much more than you could possible absorb anyway which is probably whats causing the problem. You can start with 5 grams pre and post but after a while as little as 3 grams pre and post is enough for maintenance if I remember all these amounts correctly (someone will correct me if I'm wrong but it should be close enough).

That's how I do it. I take about 5g pre/post for a week (if I've been off it for a bit) and then take about 3g pre/post for maintenance. Its hard to measure 3-5 grams of creatine so I just eyeball the amount in the spoon. For me 1 serving is roughly 5 grams. Haven't had any problems with it so far
