Default Creatine Powder or capsules?

Okay so I'm new to supplements, I have found a decent Whey powder to use and was thinking of combining it with creatine, is it best to use the powder or capsules? Or am I better to go for an all in one?

Cheers

Doesn't matter. Creatine is creatine. Use whatever is cheap.

I like powder only because I can mix it with my PWO. One less thing to carry around in my bag. I just got some from supplement direct.

I like the powder also. I find you get more for your money.

Its almost always in your best interest money wise to go with bulk powder over a capped product.

Unless its something that you absolutely can't stand the taste of stick with powders.

An "all in one" product won't really be worth it since your just combining whey protein and creatine, they will charge you a premium for something you can do yourself.

Cheers boys, I'm gonna go for the 100% gold whey, seems to get good reviews from everyone. Whats the best creatine to use with it?

Also do I mix them together?
Do i take them before or post workout?
Do i need to take them on non workout days?

Any input would be very much appreciated! I really have no idea at the moment

You should mix with juice or your whey shake if you get creatine mono, if you get CEE you can mix with anything.
