Default Creatine And Whey

Ok, I am getting my lips ripped of on my protein shake. What products have you guys had the best results with and where is a good online source for buying (economically). I have been using daniel chapter one stuff, I am less than impressed and it is damn expensive.
And a little off subject I am looking a moving up to a better work out machine concidering a powertec what do you feel gives you the best results ie: freeweights or machines?

For some reason I'm not getting a thumbs up. I'm getting a strange little smiley that I didn't know the reason for. Sorry for the misunderstanding and that my post led you to respond with such a tone. It just didn't look like your post had any meaning from what I am seeing.

Understood.

Although I wouldn't be surpised if the majority of my posts end up having little meaning.
