Default What supplements should I be on?

Hi I'm new to the board by the way.

I have been working out for a while now. I see good results but would like them to get better. Currently I'm only drinking protein shakes 2 times a day. I wanted to loose some weight and get more cut. It has been working. Right now I would like to bulk up a bit but not gain any fat.

My exercise routine is as follows:
I go to Bally's to do my workout.

Each day involves about 15-20 min of streching
Monday: Chest - benchpress, incline and decline (next time followed by freeweights then followed by string machines)
Tuesday: Back - All kinds of different equpitment
Wednesday: Legs - Again all kinds, inclding squats, and machines.
Thursday: Arms - Curls, Biceps and triceps plus some sting equpitment.
Friday: Cardio - Running etc...

Then repeat on monday.

I would expecially like to increase my upper chest. When I workout the chest I do 5 sets of 10 reps. Is that right?

As far as supplements, what should I use? Creatine, any side effects? I would like to stay as natural as possible.

My routine is just one I made up, I know its not as proffessional as some of yours so if you could adjust it a bit I'd be much oblidged.

Thanks a lot guys, this is my first time posting. I'm not as committed as some of you but would like any help I can get.

Dont know how long youve been at it, but everyone on here will reccomend a 5x5 to you, as will I. It's a great program to build some quality strength and mass. Your best supplement will be food, and lots of it. After that a multivitamin. Do the 5x5 and when you start getting some sticking points throw in some cee. Less upset stomach than creatine mono. No other real side effects.

The statistics on sanity are that one out of every four persons is suffering from some sort of mental illness. Think of your three best friends -- if they're okay, then it's you.

That routine is horrible for a beginner. Just like Johan said, do a 5x5 such as rippetoes starting strength or dft 5x5. Pick either to bulk or cut fat. Its not very efficient to try and do both at the same time. Also, you cant just develop your upper chest. Your chest grows as ONE whole muscle. Read up on all the nutrition stickies and you'll learn a lot!

"DFT" is an advanced 5x5. Rippetoes Starting Strength is a beginner program.
