Default cutting supplement

which supplement i should take for cutting. I'm doing cardio and i train 4 time/week

Check out 17 Bol from Fitzogen. My bro is taking it, and I can already tell he's getting cut and bigger too.

200 mg of caffein did the trick with me.

Do cardio HIIT and clean your diet.
