Default Cytosport: Muscle milk

So me and my friend decided too start hitting iron again. And another friend of mine hooked me up with a 2.48 jugg of muscle milk for 15$. Anyone else use this stuff?? Or should i get Creatine and a different kind of protein drink after the milk runs out? ive found mixed reviews on the net. just seeing if anyone else uses it.

Read the threads on pre and post workout nutrition. Then you'll understand why it's not a good post workout drink. Also, you can try doing a search.

My biggest issue with muscle milk is its price--just too expensive. You'd be better off making your own protein shake with whey, skim milk, etc.

I have gained 10 lbs since going on Muscle Milk. Little pricey but effective.
