I've never heard of it, but I went ahead and found the label info to help you. I'll admit that I hate blends with a passion as you'll soon find out!

Vitamin World: Reg. $56.32, SALE $39.42

1. Creatine Ester Phosphate Sodium, Creatine Monohydrate: 2.5 grams

Creatine Phosphate:
This became very popular due to the addition of the phosphate molecule. Before creatine can be utilised by the body it must first bond with a phosphate molecule. The belief was that by adding the phosphate molecule externally that the creatine phosphate would, when consumed, be utilised more quickly. However, this theory has never been proven.

Esterfied creatine is good to go at that dosage, however, I've read elsewhere that the ester sodium form of creatine has less than stated vs. hcl.

Also, why does this product even put monohydrate on the label if you need at the very least 5-10 grams? IMO, 10 grams is optimal...Not to mention that creatine mono needs a transport module such as dextrose..The label states a grand total of a single gram of sugar and 11 total grams of carbs.

2. L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine: 1.2 grams

It only has 1.2 grams per serving of these BCAA's. What this means is that it's 2:1:1 ratio is 600 mg/ 300/ 300...This will do absolutely dick. BUT, to the average consumer, they look at it and think, "Wow, it has BCAA's too!" IMO, you'd need about 8-10 grams of BCAA's to reap the benefit.

3. Taurine, L-Tyrosine, Caffeine Anhydrous (100 mg), ect: 1632 mg

Taurine serving size is 3-5 grams. Tyrosine, same thing. Both of these products are dirt cheap to get seperately. For example:

-BN Taurine (150 grams): $6
-BN Tyrosine (200 grams): $11

4. L-Arginine, L-Glutamine: 2 grams

I don't think I need to state anything about needing 10-20 grams of Glutamine and at the very least 3 grams of Arginine (which IMO is not worth it)...Oops, I just did.

Well, it's a credit to you that you asked before blindly trusting a friend. There's only one proven form of creatine on the market, and that's the good 'ol creatine monohydrate. Nothing fancy, just put 5-10 grams into a large glass of grape juice and you're set. You're much better off buying some of those ingredients seperately at half the price. Regarding CEE, there's no research whatsoever backing this product, but IMO it works pretty good. Look into either one.

Just remember, there's a hundred and one creatine products in the market, but once your creatine stores are maxed, they're maxed. All these different types of creatine in the end all eventually max out your creatine stores, which is what you want. I guess the real difference is how fast they can do this, and the amounts needed to accomplish this.

BTW, just push Ctrl + P and go show your friend. I'm sure he'll say it's the greatest thing since sliced bread, but I guarantee you if you took him off of it, he wouldn't tell a difference.

Here's what to do with that $40:

1. 400 gram bottle of creaform by Primaforce (my favorite) for $10.
2. 1 bag of dextrose: $2
3. 1 bottle of Carbogain: $12.99
4. Borrow $10 from your parents and spend the rest on a nice 72 serving bottle of protein (100% whey)

Money well spent right there.

The description makes it makes it sound like the dosage is divided between the two types of creatine. And since it's a description and not the ingredients list I'm not even sure that the Creatine Ester has to be the greater amount, in which case the Creatine Mono would be there cuz it's cheaper and the whole thing would be suboptimal.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
