uuuuummm i think i might have mis said it. what it was they were their when i was shopping. i think they had the whey but these were already mixed. so i picked those up and money was running kind of tight a little afterwards. so those were all i had. afterwards they were convenient from a just being able to drink it anywhere aspect. i kept them in the trunk of my car so i drank one on the way to work. right after the gym and brought one in the crib for when i go to sleep.


i think they might have the whey there already. im gonan go to Bjs this weekend so i will see if they have it

I'm going tomorrow and will have to get some whey from there because I took a chance with a new online company and it's been 4 days and they haven't even shipped it. Really ticks me off. I know my bj's has the EAS stuff which I've gotten before in a pinch.

i might have seen it and just looked right over it. are those the ones that have like 20 something grams in the pre mixed shake? i think i just looked right over it because it only had 20 grams. ill def look through everything they have though.

they had the whey there at BJ's i got it. im just gonna have to keep it at work so i can mix it before i go to the gym.

Yeah, I was talking about the 5 pound jugs (now bags) of powder. I just got one also. Still haven't heard from this company. You know, you can pre-mix it if you have to. I used to carry around a container of premixed whey to drink from.

i think i may do that. just mix some in the morning and keep it in my bag and just put it in the fridge. i only need one shake for post workout though so i should be straight and yeah i did get the bags. and did you get a phone number to call that company?

They only give an e-mai. This is just the way it is when you try someplace new. Oh, well I'll see what happens.

you probably already know this, but since that company doesnt seem legit make sure you keep track of your card transactions.

My card will just remove the charge if I don't get the product.

oh aight cool. good luck with that one. and how about i forgot my bag of whey at home. luckily i left one of those myoplex joints in the fridge here at work. keep up with bringing stuff with you to work sucks
