also iron,

what do you think of me adding in something like Hoodia to hrlp suppress my appetite, or will that be achieved by the ephredine????

I like the idea of having each ingredient seperate so you can control your ratio to what you can handle at the time. Your tolerance will change drastically over time. Besides, it's properly more $ when combined into one product.

I don't know anything about Hoodia so I can't comment on that. You shouldnt' need it if you have a proper diet plan. You eat what you planned for that day when you planned it for. Simple as that.

HI everyone,

My stack arrived this morning and I started on it straight away. I will keep everyone updated with my progress so that others came learn from my experiences.

From today for 1 week (7 days) I will take;
2 X ephedrine HCL (8mg each)
1 X Caffeine (200mg)
1 X Asprin (75mg)

Training

I will be taking this stack once in the morning (around 7-7.30am), my first cardio workout will be a 20min run at about 9.30-10am (the delay is to give then stack time to absorb into my bloodstream.

I will do weight training for about 20-30mins around 3pm, and then a 2nd 20min cardio run around 6pm.

Diet

I will be having cereal in the morning. Coco Pops with added vitimins and minerals, yummy!!

I will be having good amounts of veggies, and lamb/chicken steaks. In the evening I will be eating wholemeal pasta or wholemeal breads.

Today's Events

After I completed my cardio this morning, I had a strong tightening around my stomach area. It was almost like a cramp, but i don't think that it was a cramp as it went all the way around from side to side. Is this normal??

When I first took the stack this morning, my whole body started to tingle, and my heart started beating faster. not by much, but about 2-3beats faster during my cardio, my cheat remained loose, and i could breath fine, but my heart was beating twice as fast as it normally does during exercise.

Is this all normal??
