Default ECY Stack Ratio

HI Guys,

how is everyone. Basically, I like to try and keep fit, but have let myself go over the last year or so. I have been presented with an amazing opportunity, but to take advantage of this opportunity i need to lose 1.5st in about one month, I have a slow metabolism so if very hard for me to lose wieght fast.

I am currently 13.1st/185.1lbs, and i need to be 12st. I have decided to supplement by routine with an ECY stack. But I would like some advice on whether this will help me. Also, I have read that while on the ECY stack, i need to take it in cycles. I would like some advice about how to maintain these cycles, for example, is it two week on, one week off or something like that.

Also, I will be buying my products from Century Supplements. From them, I can only find the ECY supplements in the following dosages.

Ephedrine HCL - 8mg pills
Caffeine - 200mg pills
Yohimbine - 2.5mg pills

So by my calculations, my dosage will be; -

E - 3 pills (24mg)
C - 1 pill (200mg)
Y - 2 pills

I will need to be taking this dosage three times a day. DOes this sound like alot to anyone else??

Please advice.

thank you

Muj

any help would be much appricaiated.

Thank you

Phoenix

Well I have no experience with Yohimbe (it's banned in Canada I believe) but I have done an ECA stack.

I started with:

1 - ephedrine (2.5mg.. I think)
1 - caffeine (125mg... I think)
1 - aspirin

And I worked up to 3 ephedrine with the 1 C and 1 A. That stack was a bit of an ass kicker so I would be reluctant to throw in a Yohimbe on top of that.

I also would recommend the asprin as it has a blood thinning/ blood pressure decreasing effect.

Maybe you could start with the ECA and add in the Y after. Have you ever done a stack like this before? Do you drink much coffee or energy drinks?

Also... how much is a stone...? lol I think it's like 13lb or so but I can't remember. So 1.5 stone would be about 20lb... That's alot for a month but it is doable. You will want to set out a meal plan with a deficit of at least 500cals and you'll also want to be doing cardio as much as you can. Keep your lean protein as high as you can and what carbs you consume should be whole grain/whole wheat and what fats you consume should be good fats... aka olive oil, peanut butter, almonds. Etc. Also, heavy on the veggies and light on the fruit.

HI Iron worker,

The ECA stack sounds like a good place to start. I will start with that. When you say that your ECA stack was an "ass-kicker", what exactly do you me?? as in, how was it an ass-kicker?

No, I have never done a stack before, so this will be interesting. lol. also, I don't drink coffee, but i do enjoy the odd energy drink every now and then.

one stone is equal to 14lbs, so 1.5stone, is 21lbs. at the moment, i'm hiting the cardio heavy. but i need the extra help. ive actually got about 6 weeks to loose the weight.

Just to double confirm, by lean protein, you mean, beef, lamb, chicken, steaks, etc. Thanks you for the advice on the fats, and veggies etc, lol.

thank you

By ass kicker I mean it really gives you a boost. If you're not much of a caffeine user you will want to start with the smallest dose possible.

I actually liked taking it while I was at work because it actually increases your focus and my productivity went through the roof! Also, you will build a tolerance to the products so after the 6 weeks of weight loss is over you will probably want to take some time off of it and give your body a rest.

You can slowly increase the ephedrine as you get used to it but never went about 3 ephedrine and I was told always to keep the caffeine and aspirin at 1 although I'm not sure why?

Just be careful with the stuff and I only recommend taking it if you have your diet spot on. It does help but it's not a band-aid for poor nutrition and cardio.

half of one caffeine pill (1 pill is 200mg)

1 Asprin (75mg)

Then from week 2, I will be taking:

I don't advise taking the stack directly before your cardio. It can cause your heart to race and that is not good.

Also, is that seriously all you eat? Your diet is garbage. You really need to look into that if you're serious about losing fat. Right now you'll probably lose weight but it will be a lot of muscle loss.

Ok, so what would you say to me to increase/ have a better diet. That is probably the reason why i'm feeling sooo hungry, all the time.

This is why I said that a stack is not a miracle drug. It does NOT make you lose weight with a sh!tty diet. It *compliments* an already good diet and helps take off that little bit extra.

You need to be eating 5+ times a day to spread out your nutrition. You should be hitting a minimum of 1g protein per lb or bodyweight and I don't think you can really go wrong with more. Keep your carb-protein-fat calorie ratio close to 40%-30%-30%.

Also your carbs should be loaded more towards the beginning of the day and tapared towards the evening. Try not to consume carbs too close to bed. What carbs you do eat shoudl be whole grains, whole wheats, complex carbs.

Lots of veggies, little fruit.

Lots of lean meat: tuna, chicken, extra lean ground beef.

Good fats: olive oil, peanut butter, almonds, etc

At 185lb you should probably start at around 2250-2500 total cals per day. See what your weight does over the next week or two and adjust accordingly.

Also... RESEARCH!!!
