Ephedra Alternative - Need Recomendation
I have been taking Ephedra now for a long long time and I know that I need to cycle off for a bit. I know that the fat burning effects have been long gone however, the Ephedra still gives me a lot of energy to get up and get going! Does anyone know of something that provides a lot of enery that I can try for my off cycle? Your input would be greatly appreciated!

Ok, good.
Some sublingual B-12 might be a good choice. They sell an adrenal system cleanse at GNC. I have no idea if it's a good product. I think it's called Cyapril. That might be worth looking into. Aside from that, I can't really recommend much other than some diet changes.
Best of luck to you

Reset AD - I've used it before and its very good.
The reason why I ask for how long is, when i was younger I went for 3 months without a break. it completely destroyed my immune system, and the ph balance in my body. if you go for too long, adrenal fatigue isn't the only problem you will have.

Thanks for your imput guys, I really do appreciate it. I do have a pretty clean diet, probably way to low on the carbs right now. I just really want to get off the Ephedra for a while, but with a full time job, a part time home business, full time mother and wife, and trying to train everyday (6 days a week), I just dont have enough energy!
Thanks again!

If your carbs are too low that will cause loss of energy...so maybe adjusting them would be work better for you. As for training 6 days a week I would suggest another rest day...rest is good for the body.
