My supplements
I went to GNC yesterday and bought Amplified Mass XXX and he gave me a bottle of Mega Men Sport Vitamins for $10 since I was a first time buyer. I had a total of 3 scoops yesterday and i've had 3 1/2 scoops today and I feel pretty good. Today is my rest day, so I thought i'd look for a forum to join. I wanted to buy either True Mass or Assault but after talking to the guy it didn't seem like he was trying to screw me or anything. He said the Amplified Mass XXX had everything that True mass did but AM XXX had 3 grams of creatine also and it was $7 cheaper. I think i'll try True Mass for my next tub.
