Default A few Qs

I have started working out and I am using supps as well and I have a couple of. Here are the supps which I am using:

- HMB
- Arginine
- Whey Protein
- Fish Oil
- MegaMan Multi Vitamin

1) should I continue to use these supps on my non-workout days?
2) is it recommended to mix whey protein with orange juice. What other liquids would you recommend other than water. Thanx.

Jon

I use milk if i am trying to put on some pounds. If I'm trying to cut some off i use water. But milk is by far better tasting.
