Very interesting thread and if you dont feel like reading all 20 pages of it here is the gist.

-For spot reduction in localized areas, using liproderm ultra and capaicin .1% cream has great feedback for releasing fat stores.

-This combo (mostly the cap) however can cause skin irratation, and painful burning sensations where applied.

-Cap cream can be bought otc at any drug store.

-one bottle of each should last 2-3 weeks.

*This isnt for everyone, but many people have reported some amazing things on this stack. I will most likely give it a try once I'm down around 200lbs. My love handles and lower abs are always problem areas, and this may help solve that.

I would not reccomend this for those who are just starting to cut, this is a finishing stack IMO.
