Default First meal of the day

So in this meal plan I had put together for me, it has the first meal of the day being a "real" meal, meaning food. When I leave the gym I go right to work and can't eat that meal. To do that would mean getting up even earlier to go to the gym, come home, eat, then off to work. Do you see any problem with my first meal being a meal replacement shake and then meal #2, which should have been the meal replacement shake, being what meal #1 was.

That make sense?

Here it is:
Meal #1
2 whole egg + 4 egg whites

6 oz. very lean meat

1/2 cup oatmeal - before cooking

Meal #2

Protein Drink: 2 Scoops Ultra Size or Ultimate Muscle Protein, add enough water to make shake or pudding the consistency you desire.

***********

I'm basically looking to switch those two around.

So I take it you wake up, go to the gym, then go straight to work? If this is accurate, then I'd do the protein shake first mixed with only water (for faster uptake/absorbtion). Make some hardboiled eggs the night before and just bring them in a tupperware container in your car along with your postworkout shake unmixed in your shaker cup. After the gym, mix and ingest. 30-45 minutes after your postworkout shake, eat your breakfast you brought either sitting in your car or at your work (if it permits) 6 hardboiled eggs, a large bowl of cereal, and buy milk along the way to work. That's what I'd do if I was pressed for time.

Good, good. Yes I can easily eat the eggs and shake in my car on the way and finish up in the parking lot if I have to. I am allowed to eat at my desk so I can eat my other meal(s) there as I need to.

Thanks for the words.

My first meal of the day was a large plate of home-made chile, extra from last nights dinner;) with sour cream on top , plus 4 complete eggs, topped with 8 slices of 'sharp' cheddar, cooked with 2tbsps of butter, and a R3D Bull. A pile of supp pills were taken just when waking with 24 ozs of 'gun powder' green tea.

I usually make enough dinner to have for breakfast the next day....It saves much needed morning time you see.

Note - 0311, thats what I do with the eggs now and then, Ill eat a whole carton over a morning and afternoon - balanced apart.
i really wish i could have something like that for breakfast. my parents bough this cereal called kashi GoLean. its got 13 grams of protien 6 grams of sugar 30g's of carbs no cholesterol 1 gm of fat and 140 calories a serving is 1 cup. also 10 grams of dietary fiber (1 gram soluble fiber and 9g's insoluble) i guess its a pretty good breakfast if u have it with milk
