Would this fatty acid cause me to break out? Ive been gettign alot of zits on my face recently now that Ive been taking this.... im also been under alot of stress so it could be tha too....

I'd say in general definitely not. You could be hypersenstive but if anything it's thought to help acne a little. Give it some time to see if it clears up before you stop taking the flax.

Some break outs now and again could have so many causes...stress, like you said. Will probably resolve on it's on.
