Default GABA question? and one about Niacin.

I was reading on AST Sports Science about a supplement called Gaba which is for your nervouse system and brain health. They say on there that is you take 3-5 grams of it before you goto bed, it supposed to seriosuly increase the amount of growth hormone that you release. It also makes you sleep a lot better, and obtain more rest from your sleep.

Soooo..... I went to vitamin world and pcked up 2 bottles of Gaba complex pills because they didnt have it in a powder form. The lady tricked me behind the counter and i didnt read the lable until i got home, but the pills have only 200 mg of GABA in them, so i need to take 15-25 pills before i goto bed if i want to get the right dosage. But there is also 400 mg of Niacin and 1200 mg of something called Inositol.

Does anyone know what these things are, and if i would be taking way too much of them at once??

Also has anyone here ever experimented with GABA?
