It's no better than cheap creatine monohydrate.

hmm im not sure about it being the same quality. a lot of research has gone into gaspari products, this is a mixture of creatines with far less water retention. I have tried creatine before in many other brands, and I went ahead and decided to try this after posting this thread, and today is day 4 and I can already tell a huge difference from any other creatine I have tried. I give Gaspari size on a thumbs up so far... im also taking before and after pictures and measurements for this product alone, without stacking.

Make sure you keep a log of your food intake also and make sure it's the same as it was when you weren't taking Size On.
I know guys that take it and they like it , but they also drink beer and think that's good for you too.
IMO , I agree with Ross , it's too much money for one product.

Here's the thing. You've already bought and even at 50% off you probably spent a lot on it. And then you ask for opininions on it. If you have not bought it and Ross said what he said you may have decided not to buy it and life as we know it would go on just fine and so would your training.
Now, you have a need to feel good about how you spend your money. It doesn't really matter what we say. You know how many times people come on a forum and say they bought a fancy and expensive supplement and it sucks?
I'd say about .5 percent of the time. As far as research is concerned, can you imagine a supplement company selling stuff like that and not claiming a lot of "research" went into it?
Hey, here's a really expensive blend of creatines that we pretty much put no thought into. Good luck!
The ONLY type of creatine that has any real backup in terms of scientific research is creatine monohydrate. Everything else is anecdotal and heresay and what little is researched does not stand up to it's claims.
And of course out of 11.9 grams of some proprietary matrix bs it has creatine monohydrate as the second ingredient after glucose. That means there could be quite a bit of creatine monohydrate in there per serving.
ANYBODY can order a bunch of powders and throw it in a mix together with creatine monohydrate. And make up any meaningless scientific sounding terms to name the formulations. Like "bio-engineered". Look, everyone needs to realize that a person can make supplement in his garage. And people do.
I could make a soup mix that would compete with Lipton, lol. If I marketed it better I might end up in hamburgers.
But there is so much stuff packed into that supplement there is no use comparing it to just creatine.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

I have noticed one thing about this forum, and that its nearly 100% of the time, everyone says that every supplement sucks and is a waste of money.
