Default Going to go to GNC here at the beginning of the year for Gold Card Specials

Any suggestions on what to buy? I only want to spend about $80. I am 6'1", 175 lbs, 21 years old and have tried NO Xplode, NaVapor, Arnge Krush, regular creatine monohydrate, SuperPump 250, SizeOn.

Any ideas for something new that would really help? I was thinking in regards to creatine. I want to gain mass and muscle. Anything would help, thanks!

If you insist on buying from GNC (you shouldn't), then buy the Mass XXX. Take half servings of that post workout. It's a good ratio of carbs to protein.

Well if I don't go to GNC, where do you think I should go instead and buy what?

If I go to GNC, you think just the Mass XXX will do?

If you don't go to GNC, then...get some maltodextrin & dextrose or waxy maize starch. Get some whey protein also. Try searching at bulknutrition or nutraplanet. They typically have the best deals. Also, fractional (or full) servings of certain weight gainers make great pre and post workout shakes, so that's another option if you can find a good, affordable gainer. If you haven't read the pre & post workout nutrition thread in the nutrition forum, then you should. (:

So, why do you recommend those? I have never heard of those before. What makes them better than creatine/protein and figures that I will see a better gain? Which do you recommend is the best out of the ones you listed?
