No one has logged a product that they were given for free in a longggg time... I wouldn't worry about it. If you do some reading, you'll find which supplements are worthwhile and which aren't.

From what ive learned man reading is shit when it comes to supps. you got to try them out. It seems what works awsome for one person is shit for another. Seems as though thats how it works for everything in weight training.
Thanks for you input though man.
Much Apreciated \;mm;/

^^^ Not really. There have been countless studies on all kinds of supplements. Some have been shown to be bogus. Some are not. I could give you a list of 5 supplements that you would see some kind of results from IF your diet and training was in order.

well you are right about that. But im more of a see it myself to believe it kind of guy.
But i do stand by the what works for one person dosent for another. And i didnt really mean reading is shit when it comes to supps 100% cause their are studies proving stuff to work or bogus.
I was just making a point that what works for one dosent for another.
Anyways i sent you a pm. Look forward to your input.
Enjoy the night

Dean, most suppliments do nothing, or next to nothing. I wouldn't get to caught up in them. That being said, there are a handful of suppliments that work, and you can rely on. Maybe start there, with the Creatine mono, and whey.

The think about supps working for people that you have to keep in mind is one, are they taking like 20 supps? And two..the placebo effect is so very high. A lot of people swear by every new thing they try. For like a month. Then a year later they are here with us explaining how it's crap and here is why....

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
