Default going off creatine

coming of creatine and don't won't to lose any of the results. I normally drink 2 liters of H20 daily. Should I use it one day and not the next to taper off? Or something else?

You'll lose alot of the extra water your bodys holding when you come off. When i use creatine I usually just keep reloading after about a month, or come off for a week or two than go back on

I always quit cold turkey. I usually take creatine for a month, and then take a week off. I've used this cycle for a while, and it's worked for me. I feel a week is enough time for my kidneys rest.

It shouldnt be a problem stopping cold turkey. you shouldnt lose strength, but you will lose the extra water your muscle cells are holding. even if you taper off it will be the same.

i have never gone off creatine it has been about 1.5 years. I just dont see the need to. I can understand how it can also serve as a placebo going back on.

I am just happier on.
