I just go to my favorite "bodybuilding store" called Wal-Mart and buy the generic multivitamins (usually a generic equivalent of Centrum or something like that).

Yes, I know I could buy more expensive vitamins, but I just don't see the point.

Agreed. I take Centrum complete. Even then, I really see multivitamins as somewhat pointless. Id rather get it all through my diet considering all of it is more bioavailable through food anyway. I just have it sitting around so I take it.
