Help please
Hi everyone, looking for help on supplements. I'm a farrier (horseshoer) by trade and working long hours. Alot of lifting hammering etc, and sometimes on very uncooperative subjects weighing in excess of 1000 #. I find that at times I'm totally wiped out, and muscle sore. Looking for info on a possibly supplement which would allow for quicker muscle recovery and less fatigue. Any suggestions would be appreciated!!! Thanks
