I am have taking super cissus to help resolve chronic tendinitis that I have in my elbows and shoulders. I have battled elbow and shoulder issues (shoulder instability) for fifteen years. I have done cortizone shots, physical therapy, and several specialist. I am hoping super sissus will help resolve some of those issues. The chronic issues/ genetics have left me with very little muscle mass on my six foot frame. I have a very compact body (skinny) and decent strength but not a ton of muscle mass. My question is: what supplements should I stack with super cissus, fish oil, and GNC’s Mens sports Multivitamins in order to build some muscle mass.
