bowski, you should be getting roughly 1-1.5g of protein per pound of bodyweight. You didn't mention anything about portion sizes, but just check to make sure your getting enough protein (fitday.com has protein content for alot of foods) and you'll be fine. In general your eating habits look good though.

I know work can get in the way of eating, you don't have to eat big meals every 2-3 hours, you can eat something small that is high in protein. A can of tuna, small sandwich or a protein shake in this case would work out nicely because you can consume those relatively quickly.
