Triceps: Military press, bench

Biceps: Rows, pullups

No real dircect bi/tri work needed, its taken care of through heavy compounds.

Can anyone say Obssesive-compulsive disorder?!

Bulk buddy, the best advice I can give you is to quit over analyzing this thing. Guys have been getting big for years without any of this technical knowledge. I wonder if it doesn't do more harm than good sometimes.

Just eat good food, go to the gym 3 times a week and lift whatever you want and you'll grow.

Look at some old pictures of the old time classic bodybuilders like Freddie Ortiz. He was famous for eating bowl fulls of cold ravioli at the gym.

Clarence Ross from the 40's still has one of the largest ever measured forearms. Steve Reeves, Armand Tanny, etc etc. None of these guys had a clue about the knowledge we talk about here.

Best quote I've seen in a long time is 0311's --

"Bodybuilding is a very UNcomplicated process of lifting weights both frequently and progressively with heavy compound exercises built around the squat without worrying about how pretty a routine looks like on paper." - Myself

In other words it's a hard thing to screw up or as the Nike ad says, "Just do it" !

Thanks Iron.. I hear you buddy I have only ask 2 or 3 questions about it tho... I think its fair to want to understand what I will be putting all my effort into for the next year..lol... rather than doing something and not understanding anything about it. But like u said... its easy to over analyze and I wont be asking about this anymore..

I'll put some progress reports up as time goes by tho.

Cheers ;)

Please don't get me wrong. Ask anything you want. Hell everyone here has OCD. That's what the board is all about, analyzing the details. Just didn't want you driving yourself nuts is all.
