Hmm Hi I am new here. I am 17 this year 165cm and 48kg. I having fats at my tummy area, and I wish to shape up my abs. I’m doing some weight lifting every night for around 1hour. And also before my workout I take in some ON Protein whey. But I am not sure to have protein before or after my workout. Other then tt if I want to shape up and have muscles should I need to take in some others supplement? Exp like fats burner? Or others? Can any1 teach mi about this pls I am totally new here btw thanks
