Default Homemade NO-Xplode

How does this sound? L Arginine, L citrulline malate, creatine ethyl ester, and caffeine for generic NO-xplode?

I'd drop the L Arginine and up the dosage of citruline personally.

I thought arginine and citrulline worked hand in hand?

Arginine does next to nothing, but it will give you mouth sores if you take to much of it. Citruline is proven to aid muscle endurance.

Thanks hrdgain. I went to school for ACSM and ACE personal training. The only part that sucks is that they teach you nothing about supplements.
