Cool Hot Rox and NO Shotgun

I am 6'1 220lbs. my goal is to cut and tone my body. I am thinking about buying supplements to go alone with my training program. I am a college student, therefore im broke. I really would like to know if you guys have any experience with these supplements as far as it actually working and producing results. I really dont have the money to waste so any advice would be helpful on what supplements to buy to help achieve my goals. I do have a diet and training plan but I thought this would help too. Thanks guys!

The general rule of thumb (or wrist) when it comes to suppliments is, you can find something cheaper that works better in bulk powder form.

If your goal is to cut and tone, your suppliments will depend on your diet. I would stay away from all the NO products, they really dont do much of anything, and they certainly wont help you with fat loss.

These are staples for me when i want to trim up:

Sesamin (many companies make a sesamin product, they are all the same, and they have many health benifits including aiding in fat loss)

Alcar (in bulk powder form its cheap, it helps your body use stored fats for energy, and it helps to increase cardio indurance)

Green Tea extract (help increase metabolism, just watch some of these products contain excess caffiene)

Caffiene (a good stim, diuretic, and energy supp, just watch your usage, and cycle it so as not to burn out your adrenals)

All those supplements come separate. Go to www.bulknutrition.com and look them up. Hell, most convience stores and walmart carry caffeine pills. And he wasnt saying NO products dont work (although most say citruline malate works better, but bu), but rather it doesnt do anything to help cut. And NO shotgun is just another overpriced scam that magazine ads get you hyped over. I think all they pretty much did was add some arginine to their first product, redline - which is pretty much just caffeine, yohimbine, and green tea.
