Sure, why not? People always say it looks like a GNC when they come over to the apt. I give away tons of stuff all the time. I can't use all of the stuff that I buy and I don't really care for protein bars, so... Just stop by and I'll hook ya up.

You can't spot reduce. You'll have to do cardio to burn the fat.

Or atleast thats what I would do, you may need less protien or carbs depending on your stats, I'm 5'11" and 260lbs.

The amino fuel, I would take as Talo suggested, and perhaps in the morning on off days. there is a lot of good stuff in amino fuel I'm just not sure how cost effective it is.

I've been confused for 18 months. I have read that you should/shouldn't take CEE, take mono etc.
I was under the impression though that you should only take creatine on an empty stomach (I understood that it would turn into creatinine if it stayed in your stomach). If you take it with your shake, is that still an empty stomach?
Am I incorrect or would cee or mono both be ok to take with pre/post shake?
Or is only mono suggested with a shake?
Thanks in advance for any advice.

18 months is a long time to be confused, brotha.

If your going to take creatine , then take CEE or Mono. Either one is good and will work. With mono you need a carrier ( ie grape juice ) with CEE it is not required.

Both are good to take before and after your work out, (but choice one). On non training days take in the morning. 3g (tsp) is a good amount to take.
Make sure you drink atleast 2L if not 4L ( 1 gallon ) of water a day.
