Well i am 5'5 and only 106 lbs, i've gained approxomately 8 lbs in a 1 and 1/2 months. I have been following Mark Riptoe's beginner strength program.
I am just wondering which supplements i should take and which ones i should not take(like creatine..) I am afraid that because of my weight at my age, i might not be able to take some of the supplements....
