I just got Primaforce CEE yesterday and had been taking cell tech. 2 questions:

The most fowl tasting OMG!! I just downed it with 6oz of water, wow that's ruff. Thanks for the crystal light tip I'll try it.

1. It also just says to take it pre/post. I am use to taking the other even on non w/o days. Anyone only take this pre/post or do you take it everyday like others?

2.Anyone had good results with Primaforce CEE?

Two quick ways to deal with CEE.

1. Pick up a cap-em-quick kit and make your own caps.

2. use the parachute method. Grap a small sheet of TP or tissue, throw the cee in the middle, twist it up and drop it down your throat.


Personally I like CL lemonade, covers up the taste real well.


For REDSIGN

1. You can just take it pre and post, I would get a gram or two in on non-workout days also.

2. I havent used it but Primaforce is a solid supp company.

Well I got my CEE in the mail today. Shit does it taste nasty. I thought everyone was just being a little sensitive. But fuck!!!!! Kinda sour and salty at the same time. I mixed it in my pre workout shake and it turned an ok tasting shake to crappy real fast. After the gym I thought hey maybe if I mix in a cup of yougurt......nope. Now I have nasty yogurt, and have I can't just down the cup of yogurt.

It's something that's hard to cover up. But after taking it for about 4 or 5 days(training days only) you KINDA get use to it.

Still , it tastes like a chewed up tylenol pill.....

some peanut butter in a protein shake w/ cee usually covers up the taste for me

I just recently started using Bulk Nutrition CEE. Tastes like puke but it's great stuff.
