Default Im New To Working Out, What Should I Take?

Which sort of things should i take and when? I dont wanna go to fancy dancy with those stuff, just what are the basic things i need to be taking and when? Thanks!!!

Other than a good diet! I'm sure most would agree that some good quality protein would be a must if nothing else.

every single day even on days that you don't work out remember the protien shakes is not i repeat is not a meal replacement... it'll be a routine to you if you stick to it. good luck

oh i'd go with whey its entirely up to you. just do some research but i take whey doesn't really matter what brand

^^Ight thanks man, but what about Creatine n all of that stuff and what up Xyience or something to take before ur workout to pump u up, what bout all that stuff?

Stay away from Xyience it is overpriced. Just get a basic creatine and protein supply going. Find a good online store to purchase from and then eat right and train hard...then get lots of sleep. Good luck!

Isnt Creatine just for weight gain? Im trying to cut to 170 from 200 sooo........?

Im just going to start to work out coming this august, should i buy whey protein like a basic one and a basic creatine, or should i wait to buy the creatine?
