Default Increased pulse rate..

I just started taking the nutrex lipo 6 this morning and my pulse is racing. Never taken a fat-burner before and don't use caffene excessively.

Is this normal, my resting rate is up about 25% ?
Is it just something that my body will get used to over a few days?

Thanks

Very normal to have these side effects, especially for beginners. Just start off slow taking maybe 1 pill 3 times a day then you can work your way up to the full dosage.

Do you take it with a full stomach or empty?

Thanks all, pulse was down by early evening and slept fine. I had taken 2 pills in the morn yesterday. Just took 1 this morning and about to go lift.

To answer the questions: I am mid-30s, started martial arts about 6 months ago and have been doing mild cardio in addition. Adding moderate weights this week, am very heavy but doctor says I have a healthy heart, pressure, chol etc. Other than that, I am a computer programmer so I am primarily sedentary during the day.

Thought this stuff could give me a boost safely,

Thanks for the advice, it did put my mind at ease.
