HaHa, I only found T-Nation through a search on this subject. There were many to choose from, but that link also had info on the benefits for women.

Personally I think soy is good for men as a overall health benefit..just unsure of its bodybuilding benefits. there is SO much information for both sides.

I still order my Miso soup at the Sushi bar.

That pretty much sums it up, I think. It's one of those things where you have to draw your own conclusion.

Isopure is a little on the OVERPRICED side BTW. It's ion exchange isolate. Not that there is a huge difference, but I think you can get microfiltration for the same price. Or a different brand of ion exchange for much, much cheaper.

I read it was a good product. Saw it and bought it. I put to much value on 'time' to get the best deal. I'd rather spend the money and be done with it. Thats just me.

Next time I buy I will heed your advice though. Thanks.

Really the main reason I posted here is because after searching I found a lot of comments on how bad most supps taste.

This one is pretty good on the taste buds.

I used to use that stuff and it did taste really good. I think I had better results with it because I felt that by paying more for this protein, it would give better results. Mind over matter thing, but, as pointed out before, there are money-saving brands out there that offer the exact same product for cheaper. Kind of like Fruit Loops vs. Fruity Ohs
