Have you changed anything as to your diet or cardio ? Are you or do you drink coffee in the morning ( or anytime) ? What time are you taking your pills ?

Sorry for all the questions Joker, just getting ready....Still waiting for mine.

No problem, I don't mind answering any questions.
I have never been a coffee drinker, although my "coffee" is energy drinks. But not taking them. cause I though I should follow directions

I take them first thing when I wake up, get ready for work(20-25 min) then have breakfast.

I've tried 2 ways of taking the second dose

1-about 6 hours later take 2 pills

2- about 5hrs later take 1 then another like 2 hours later. Not sure if it makes a differance.

my diet is remaining the same (clean) exept for adding oats for carbs.

O.K. everything going good with test. I don't know if its cause of this product or maybe cause it's alittle hotter out, but I've been sweating ALOT.

looks good man..

i dont know if i mentioned this or not, but the thermogenic properties are somewhat negated from insulin. therefore make sure you take leviathan at least 30-45 minutes before meals and/or 45 mins after meals. This will allow the product to work when there is not a significant insulin spike. If you take it closer to foods, be sure that they are not high in simple sugars

All going well. One thing I noticed, which in my opinion is good, is that it does'nt surpress your appetite. Seems to be working.

Well all is good, although friday for some reason after the second dose I got a little jittery for a bit. But it only lasted a bit and was fine. I feel I'm definitly losing fat, and still holding at 285lbs as of today

Keep up the progress man!

regarding the appetite suppression: there is some mild suppression characteristics to Leviathan, but everyone will respond somewhat different to it. One important part of cutting fat/maintaining muscle (recomp) is being able to eat enough calories throughout the day. Supressing appetite can be very counter productive to weight loss bc people often skip meals when their appetite is suppressed.

Oh I meant the appetie suppression thing in a good way, last thing I want is to have to force feed myself allday cause I'm not hungry.

BTW I have noticed some fat loss around my lower bi area, I thought my arms grew, but instead lost some fat in that area, also my wife noticed fat loss in my lower back area.
