I dont know as much as most of the guys here. But I like DYMATIZE Whey protein isolate. Its really low carb and im trying a carb cutting diet. I would suggest allways mixing it with water when you're cutting. The lactose in milk is a bad GI carb. However if you are taking your protein shakes at breakfast, preworkout, and post workout the carbs are not a problem, infact theyre encouraged, just try smaller canisters till you find a flavor you like.
