So as of late I've been monkeying around with my pre and post workout shakes. I've grown tired of the usual whey + carbs and I've decided to get a little crazy.
for the last 5 weeks my pre and post workout shakes have looked like this
2-3 scoops purple wraath
30-40g Pure Virtago
2g bulk cissus powder
2g CEE (in the form of cialabol caps)
This has worked great so far, my strength continues to climb, and my recovery has been far better then any other time I can remember. Now since my PW is almost gone, I've decided to do a little experiment and see if I can put together my own mix, here is what I was thinking.
15-20g BCAAs
2g Citruline Malate
2g beta alanine
2g bulk cissus
20-30g bulk wms
2g Glycerol
Now I know its gonna taste like ass monkey soup, so I'm gonna pick up some generic crystal lite to cover that up. If you guys have any suggestions please feel free.
