Whey's all well and good but the takeaway point is more that, you can take every supplement in the store but if you're not sittin down and eatin some serious food at the dinner table it's gonna be nothin. the best way to put on weight is eat and train, no magic supplement is gonna really change that... of course pre/post workout nutrition is a part of that but real food should be by far the biggest part of any bulking diet.
