Default New to supplements. Need help.

I've been working out for football for years but now that I no longer play I've been getting into bodybuilding. I just stated taking Hydroxycut Hardcore and Leukic because I'm trying to lose the football weight and get cut. Should I try taking some type of protein shake or other supplements to help with this?

Read the stickies. That will give you an idea. Leucine is an amino acid found in protein. It's a waste of money to supplement with Leukic. Just take a scoop of whey pre workout. Hydroxycut is a mediocre stim.

Yes, keep your protein intake high. When you cut calories, you risk becoming catabolic and losing muscle. A high protein intake will reduce this risk.
