Question met-rx

any opinions on the metamyosyn protien. (met-rx meal replacement protien supplement powder)

I never had a problem with it when I used it. But, it also has been awhile since I used it too. From what I understand the company has changed hands, so I don't know if this is the original formula. The first origianl formula had Micellar protein, with Casein and all that good stuff.

All's I know is if you get the vanilla flavoring, don't blend it till ready to drink! I had blended one at home took it to work, put it in the fridge and 3 hours later drank it. It was nasty I would rather lick a ...... well you could pretty much fill in the sentence.

If you are lactose intolerant, dont use it. It gave me the worst shits, I was running to the bath room every five minute like that of SDF after taking PGF2A.

Not lactose intolerant. Been with the sup. for three weeks. For the short period of time, I,m pleased so far, going to get more.
