Default Metrex Protein Shake

Hi guys,

One of the most common protein shakes in the UK is 'Metrex' or 'Metrx'.

I've been taking this for a while, I've seen progress in my muscle mass and was wondering, is their a majour difference in terms of ones mass, whether you take it or not?

Does anyone use/tried this brand before?

Are your 'protein shakes' partially responsible for your muscle gain or is it simply from attending the gym regulary and protein from foods?

Metrx shakes contain protein. As far as gaining muscle....protein is your body's fuel for muscle growth. I think it's good to get your protein from a variety of sources. Nutrient timing is as important as attending the gym regularly & getting in enough food IMO. You don't have to take protein shakes...Metrx shakes are overpriced.
